Delivery & Shipping

Which delivery carriers do you use?

We work with trusted delivery partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and PostNL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch. For EU countries, delivery can take 3–5 working days, and for international orders, please allow 7–14 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements and social media for updates!

Yes! We offer international shipping through our delivery partners DHL, FedEx, UPS and PostNL. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative delivery option.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.

If you’re not home, the courier will either leave your parcel at a nearby pickup point, or attempt a second delivery on the next working day. You’ll receive a notification from the carrier with instructions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you need further assistance, contact us at [email protected] we’ll be happy to help track your order.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer, unless the item was damaged,
defective, or the wrong product was sent — in that case, we’ll cover the cost.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10
working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
